Get Me Project/Partner — for professionals and small businesses
You can do the work.
You are losing to people who bid better.
Not to people who deliver better. The gap between a capable specialist and a funded one is almost never skill — it is that somebody else wrote a scoring answer to a question you never saw, on a deadline you were too busy to meet, with evidence they had already assembled. Starting professionals are our core client, and this is the whole of what we do for them.
You will never pay us to be put forward. Not now, and not at any level.
Opportunity matching, deadline alerts and being introduced to a lead bidder are free — to members and non-members alike — and they are never conditional on buying anything. Nothing you buy moves you up a list, and buying nothing does not move you down one. If we put your name in front of somebody, it is because your evidence stood up, and for no other reason.
Everything priced below is a separate service you choose, sold with a written right to withdraw: 14 days for a consumer buying at a distance, 5 business days otherwise, refunded pro rata within 14 days.
Where the person being put forward is an individual, this is also the law — the Employment Agencies Act 1973 s.6(1)(a) prohibits charging a person a fee for finding them work, and the Employment Agency Act 1971 s.1(2) regulates seeking people on behalf of others in Ireland. We stay well clear of the edge of it. Writing your bid or your grant application is a different thing entirely: that is professional services, exactly like an accountant working on the same tender, and it is what the prices below buy.
The three things that actually get you paid work
1. Bids that get written
Most bids you could have won were never submitted. We scan daily, score bid-or-no-bid honestly, write the response to the published criteria, and put a named reviewer behind it at T-5 and T-2. You approve every word and you submit it yourself.
2. A way past the eligibility page
Three years trading, €500,000 turnover, two reference contracts of similar size. You will not have those for years. Partnering puts you inside a bid a larger organisation leads, doing your part, under your own name. Being put forward costs you nothing.
3. Evidence somebody can check
An unverified claim scores nothing, and no lead bidder will team with evidence they cannot check. We verify credentials at source and publish a proof page you own and can withdraw at any time.
The five levels
| Level | Monthly | Annual | What is in it | Human review |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lite | €9 | €90 | Readiness scorecard refreshed each quarter, the full article library, the foundation training modules with certificates, and the weekly opportunity digest. | — |
| Starter | €39 | €390 | Everything in Lite, plus profile and CV written to what evaluators actually score, the matched opportunity feed with deadline alerts, a live monthly clinic, and the funded-training finder. | — |
| Pro the core level | €99 | €990 | Everything in Starter, plus one credential verified at source and a proof page you own, presence set up with four posts a month drafted in your voice, and one application reviewed a month. | 1 slot a quarter |
| Business | €249 | €2,490 | Everything in Pro, plus a jurisdiction pack for one country, two bids or applications written for you a month, and interview and rate coaching. | 2 slots a quarter, named reviewer |
| Enterprise | €1,500 | €15,000 | For organisations bidding continuously. Daily scan of every portal, one full bid drafted and reviewed each month carrying over up to two, clarifications and document register. | Named reviewer on call |
| Partner-ready | €0 — always | Not a level you buy. Any verified member is put forward to lead bidders looking for their specialism, at no cost and with no condition. You are asked before your name goes anywhere, every time. | — | |
Annual is pay for ten months and get twelve — with work included on top. Starter annual includes a tender triage. Pro annual includes two triages and a credential verification, worth €680. Business annual includes four triages, two verifications and a jurisdiction pack, worth €1,810.
And you can leave. 14-day right to withdraw for a consumer buying at a distance, and after that you may cancel an annual plan at any time — we refund the unused months at the monthly rate. You keep the discount only for the months you actually used.
Review slots are hours of a named human, not AI throughput. Nothing is sold as unlimited and there is no rush tier — the T-5 and T-2 gates are a quality control, not an upsell.
One-off, if a subscription is not what you need
| Product | Price | What it replaces, and what that normally costs |
|---|---|---|
| Capability pack — the form a lead bidder and an evaluator actually score | €290 | The document that gets you into a consortium. Written once, reused on every joint bid. |
| CV and profile rebuild, written to evaluation criteria | €120 | Irish LinkedIn profile writing alone runs €58 to €234. |
| Credential verification and a proof page you own | €90 | Education verification alone is $10 to $35 per institution — and the candidate never keeps it. |
| Jurisdiction pack, one country | €450 | Right to work, professional recognition, entity, tax registration, insurance. There is no single supplier for this; it is currently five separate confusions. |
| Teaming agreement review, before you sign someone else’s | €180 | The clause that costs you is always the one about what happens if you lose. |
| Training route plan and funded-course finder | €90 | Skillnet, Springboard+, apprenticeships, employer schemes. Free money most people never find. |
| Certification coaching — PMP, PRINCE2, MoR, ISTQB, CISSP and similar | €390 | Bootcamps cost multiples of this and end without a project. |
| Personal brand kit and twelve drafted posts | €290 | UK and Irish personal-branding agencies price well above this. |
| Proposal or tender written for an individual or one-person company | from €450 | A freelance bid writer charges £300 to £750 a day. |
| Mock interview and rate negotiation | €150 | — |
How it runs, once you are in
- Scorecard. Acknowledged within the hour, written within 24 hours, sent with one named next step. Not a menu.
- You answer the questions. Fifty of them, published in advance, answered once. Jurisdiction first, because it changes everything after it.
- Evidence intake and verification at source. Anything that cannot be verified is recorded as an unverified claim and never labelled otherwise. A discrepancy between what you claimed and what the source says is escalated to a human, and the account pauses — it is not quietly dropped.
- Proof page published. You own it. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Profile and presence built against real evaluation criteria, not against taste.
- Training route identified and, where funded, enrolled — to close the specific gap, not to collect a certificate.
- Daily opportunity matching against the same feeds the business side uses.
- Bids written. You approve, you submit, in your name, from your account.
- If you cannot pass eligibility alone, you are offered to lead bidders as a partner. Free, and only after you say yes.
- Debrief either way, and the weakest answer gets fixed before the next one.
- Churn watch. Two months of unused entitlement and we propose the lower tier before you ask.
