Tenders and grants

You win the work.
We do the part that stops most people.

Most good bids are never written. Not because the bidder could not do the job, but because the deadline lands in a week that is already full, the questions are written in a language nobody speaks, and the evidence is scattered across five folders and two laptops. That is the part we take. You stay the bidder, you stay in control, and the contract is yours.

Who does what

On a public tender the bidder has to be you. That is not a limitation we are working around, it is the point: you keep the contract, the relationship and the track record. We do the work that turns a capable organisation into a scoring one.

T-5 and T-2 mean five and two working days before the deadline. They are quality gates, not an upsell — there is no rush tier, and we do not sell one.

Autonomous support, with you in the loop

The reason this works at these prices is that most of it runs without a person waiting on another person. The scanning, the drafting, the evidence assembly and the record keeping are automated. The decisions are not.

Automated

Opportunity scanning, criteria mapping, first drafts, evidence assembly, deadline tracking, version history, the audit trail.

Human, always

The bid-or-no-bid call. The named reviewer who signs the gate. Any claim about your capability. The submission itself. Anything that creates a liability.

Yours, always

The account, the submission, the contract, the client relationship, the evidence pack, and the decision to walk away.

It only runs this way if the system knows enough about you. That is what the questions are for — we publish every one of them, so you can see what we ask and why before you answer anything.

The success fee, and the rules we hold ourselves to

Read this before you agree a success fee. It protects you more than it protects us.

  1. It is capped in cash, in writing, before you commit. You will always know the largest number it can ever be. There is no uncapped percentage anywhere in our terms.
  2. It is payable from your own funds, never out of the award. Grant funders treat proposal preparation as falling outside the funded period, so our fee is not an eligible cost. Paying a consultant out of awarded money that was never budgeted for it is misuse of funds. We will not invoice you in a way that invites you to do it.
  3. If the funder or the buyer disallows it, it is waived to that extent, automatically. That is a clause in our client terms, not a promise. You will never be put in breach of your own funding agreement in order to pay us.
  4. You get a written statement of our fee arrangement, free, whenever you ask — so you can disclose it in any tender declaration or funder return. Our terms require you to disclose it where the rules require it, and we will hand you the wording.
  5. We never contact the buyer, the funder, or anyone evaluating your bid. Not to lobby, not to clarify, not to introduce ourselves. The fee is for work product, never for influence. This is the line that separates a lawful success fee from a corrupt one, and we do not go near it.

You can decline the success fee. Any engagement can be priced as a fixed fee only. Ask, and we will quote it both ways.

What we do not do

We do not submit for you

The bid goes in from your account, in your name, by your hand. You are the bidder and the responsibility for the truth of what is in it is yours. Our client terms say so plainly rather than hiding it.

We do not guarantee an outcome

Nobody can. We do not warrant that you will be shortlisted, scored at any level, awarded a contract or funded, and we do not quote win rates we cannot evidence.

We team businesses, we do not place people

If you cannot pass the eligibility page alone, we put you alongside an organisation that can, under a teaming agreement — you keep your own name, your own scope and your own insurance. It is faster than hiring, and it leaves you with a track record instead of a payslip. How partnering works.

We do not bid against our own clients

Every opportunity goes into one exclusivity register. If a client is on a tender, we are not, and neither is another client. First entry wins. No exceptions and no separate teams.
